Jr. Bulls, Steer, Calf & Jr Calf Riding, Sheep Riding, Chute Doggin, Steer Daubin, (dummy, advanced dummy breakaway, team and tie down roping, drag dummy breakaway roping, goat tail, advanced goat tail, and goat tying. Barrels, Flags, Poles and Down and Back.

ALL RODEOS START AT 10AM RAIN OR SHINE. FREE ADMISSION TO SPECTATORS! CONCESSIONS ON GROUNDS. MOST OF BLEACHERS ARE COVERED.
Rodeos are open to the public with free admission to watch. Participants pay entry fees based on the events they sign up for. It’s a great family event and a lot of fun to watch.
Kids, from 6 to 18 years old, are part of the Rocky Fork Rodeo Co. They participate in rodeo events at the Rocky Fork Rodeo Arena. The group started in the early 2000’s as the Eastern Ohio Youth Rodeo Association and became the Rocky Fork Rodeo Co. in 2003 when the group became affiliated with the Rocky Fork Recreation Center.
The nonprofit organization offers a rodeo program for kids grades K-12 geared toward abilities at different levels. All events are designed to teach an aspect or form of a rodeo offered at a higher level.
The events include sheep riding, breakaway roping, goat tail tying, advanced goat tail tying, steer daubin’, steer wrestling, pole bending, down-and-back, calf roping, dummy ropin’, team roping, barrel racing, chute dodging, goat tying calf riding and steer-junior bull riding.

- Clinic rodeos at Rocky Fork are for kids who might be interested in becoming involved with the Rocky Fork Rodeo Company.
- Rocky Fork Rodeo offers a range of events geared toward the abilities of youth at different levels.
- All events are designed to teach some aspect or form of a rodeo event offered at a higher level rodeo.
Youth Rodeo’s are hosted every other Saturday beginning the weekend after Memorial Day. Rodeo’s begin at 10am with bull riding and continue through the day until all events and participants have completed. Rodeo contestants may sign up for events prior to 10am in the morning but are asked to call the rodeo staff prior to Wednesdays before the rodeo. Call for more detailed information:
